Levy has given briefings, consultations, and testimony to members of Congress, administration officials, and Federal Reserve governors. He was appointed by President Bill Clinton in 1997 to the Commission to Study Capital Budgeting. He is frequently quoted in the press and has appeared on numerous television networks, including Bloomberg, CNBC, Fox, Forbes, TheStreet, Reuters and NBC.
