KEYNOTE

Anthony
Scaramucci
Anthony Scaramucci is a Managing Partner
of SkyBridge. Prior to SkyBridge, he was
also the co-founder of Oscar Capital
Management, which was sold to Neuberger
Berman, LLC in 2001 after building a
managed account business and four hedge
funds having in aggregate more than $800
million of assets. Upon Neuberger
Berman’s sale to Lehman Brothers in
2003, he served as a Managing Director
in their Investment Management Division.
From 1989 to 1996, Mr. Scaramucci was at
Goldman Sachs & Co., where in 1993 he
became a Vice President in Private
Wealth Management.

Tulio P. Vera
Tulio P. Vera is Managing
Director & Chief Investment Strategist,
Bladex Asset Management (BAM). Mr. Vera
joined Bladex Asset Management (BAM) in
July 2008. BAM is the investment advisor
to the Bladex Capital Growth Fund, a
multi-product macro hedge fund with a
primary focus on Latin America. At BAM,
Mr. Vera is in charge of investment
strategy and oversees the firm’s client
relations. Prior to BAM, he spent nine
years as an MD and Chief EM Macro and
Strategist for Merrill Lynch. In this
capacity, he was responsible for: (i)
global EM debt research and investment
strategy; (ii) macroeconomic research
for Latin America and Emerging Europe;
and (iii) cross-asset class investment
strategy across debt/equity/currencies
for Latin America.

Antonio Miranda
Antonio Miranda is
Co-Head of Investment Management and
Portfolio Manager of the Compass Latin
America Horizons Fund. He joined Compass
in 2008. Mr. Miranda began his career at
Citibank São Paulo trading gold and
derivatives. After receiving his MBA
from Insead, France, he returned to
Citibank in London, as a capital markets
syndicate manager. Later he spent 8
years at UBS (London and New York),
running debt capital markets for Latin
America, followed by 3 years as a member
of the executive committee at Unibanco
Wholesale Bank (New York and São Paulo).
He returned to New York as a consultant
to hedge funds and in 2005 joined Mellon
HBV, a multi-strategy hedge fund, to
co-manage a Latin American event-driven
portfolio.
